At Evlai Flowers, we take pride in delivering exceptional floral arrangements with care and precision. Our shipping policy ensures a smooth and timely delivery experience for all our valued customers across the UAE.

Delivery Areas

We offer same-day and scheduled deliveries across major cities in the UAE, including:

  • Dubai

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Sharjah

  • Ajman

  • Al Ain

  • Fujairah

  • Ras Al Khaimah 

  • Umm Al Quwain 

Delivery Timings

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 6:00 PM UAE time.

  • Next-Day & Scheduled Deliveries: Available for any future date at your convenience.

  • Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM, 7 days a week.

Note: We will coordinate directly with the recipient for optimal delivery timing, especially for events or high-value orders.

Delivery Charges

  • Dubai & Nearby Areas: Free delivery.

  • Outside Dubai (Other Emirates): AED 25 – AED 40 (depending on location).

Final delivery charges will be calculated at checkout or confirmed after placing the order. Usually we offer Free delivery as a part of on going promotions to Dubai and nearby areas

Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an update via WhatsApp or email, including confirmation of successful delivery.

Delivery Terms

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details.

  • If the recipient is unavailable, we may contact them directly or leave the arrangement with a concierge, receptionist, or secure location, depending on the situation.

  • Re-delivery may incur an additional fee if initial delivery fails due to incorrect details or recipient unavailability.
