Returns Policy

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we regret to inform you that orders for fresh flower arrangements cannot be canceled or returned once they have been dispatched. Additionally, customized floral designs or personalized items are non-returnable if the customization process has already begun at the time of cancellation.

Returns for Non-Perishable Items: If you wish to return a non-perishable item, you may do so by sending it back to our premises at Evlai Design,  Ground Floor - Intercontinental Hotel, King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud St - Dubai Marina, UAE clearly mentioning your order number on the package. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Fraudulent Transactions: If you suspect unauthorized or fraudulent use of your credit or debit card for a purchase on our website, you have the right to dispute the charge. We will process a refund to the extent that such amounts are not reimbursed by your card issuer.

Christmas Trees & Décor Items (Sales & Rentals)

Due to the seasonal and limited-edition nature of our Christmas trees and decorative items, all purchases and rental bookings for these products are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the order has been confirmed, sold, or the items have been reserved (“blocked”) for your booking. These items are produced and stocked in limited quantities, and blocking them prevents us from offering them to other customers during the peak festive period. Additionally, once a rental item is scheduled for delivery, installation, or allocated to a specific client, we incur operational and logistical commitments that cannot be reversed. Therefore, we cannot accommodate refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for Christmas-related products after confirmation. We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps us ensure fair availability and efficient service for all customers during the busy holiday season.
